Our Copyright Approach
Nuvexli Labs respects the intellectual-property rights of creators, developers, publishers, artists, photographers, and other rights holders.
Scope
This policy describes our general process for copyright complaints concerning Nuvexli Labs apps, websites, and digital services. The technical action available to us may vary depending on where the reported material is hosted or controlled.
User & Third-Party Content
Some Services may allow users to select, import, edit, organize, display, or process content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Nuvexli Labs does not claim ownership of third-party material simply because a user processes it through a Service.
Copyright Compliance
You must not knowingly use our Services to unlawfully copy, distribute, make available, or exploit copyrighted works or to evade technological protection measures in violation of applicable law.
Submitting a Copyright Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe material connected with a Nuvexli Labs Service infringes your rights, you may submit a written notice with enough detail for us to identify and review the issue.
Information to Include
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works.
- Identification of the material at issue and enough information to locate it, such as the app name, URL, feature, screenshot, or file description.
- Your full name and reliable contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, under penalty of perjury where applicable.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to Send a Notice
Send copyright notices by email to lyhienmai51079@gmail.com. A helpful subject line is DMCA Takedown Notice – [App Name].
Our Review Process
After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may request clarification, investigate the relevant Service, remove or disable material under our control where appropriate, limit related functionality, notify an affected user, or take other steps required by applicable law.
Content Outside Our Control
Some Services may interact with content hosted on external websites, user-controlled storage, APIs, or third-party servers. If the source material is controlled entirely by another provider, we may not be able to remove it from that external source.
Counter-Notification
If material you control was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification where applicable law provides that process.
Repeat Infringers
Where a Service supports accounts or another reliable method of identifying repeated misuse, we may restrict or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation & Abuse
Copyright notices should be submitted in good faith. Knowingly making materially false or misleading claims may create legal liability, including where applicable under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Trademarks & Other IP
For trademark, impersonation, counterfeit branding, or other intellectual-property concerns, contact us and identify the right involved, the relevant Service, and the material you believe violates that right.
No Legal Advice
This policy provides general information about our reporting process and is not legal advice. Consider consulting a qualified professional if you need advice about your rights or obligations.
Updates & Contact
We may update this process as our Services or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to lyhienmai51079@gmail.com.
